If you are unhappy with any of your purchased items, please email us on to discuss the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem or replace any damaged items.

Returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt of order and items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty. Sale items cannot be returned.

Please also note that we do not accept returns for personalised products unless they are faulty or damaged.
